Slapping the face of a person by a female is, in my opinion, perhap the greatest demonstration of a mother's, aunt's, tutors, girlfriend's, fiancees, authority. It immediately humbles, stings, and awakens feelings of guilt and shame in the one being slapped. Most compellingly, the punishment is carried out face to face, eye to eye in such close proximity that it compels the punished one's attention and often brings tears much faster than spanking.
